Since the program may be needed to run for long periods, it is very convenient that you can minimize it to the system tray instead of having it occupy space in your task bar.

One of the nicest features of this program is the way it allows sharing files with portable devices, mostly smartphones, regardless of the operating system they are running. Moreover, it isn’t necessary to install any type of client app on the phone as all the transfer takes places through the browser. Besides, you don't even need to type the target URL, as the application generates a QR code that you can scan with your phone. After that, your phone’s interpretation can automatically open the default browser at the desired address.

Compared with other similar applications, Baidu Wifi Hotspot is much simpler to use, but, unfortunately, it is also much less customizable.
